Fill the information related to the worksheet that wil be created, example Author, Model name, Description.

Finally, press the Finish button.

A worksheet will be created with the inputs and outputs variables

The inputs and outputs variables are represented by rows and the scenarios are represented by columns.

Fill data, then press the 'Run Scenario' button.
