Several Levels of "Buy In"
The Performance Organiser is not just a management planning product. In order to make a management planning process effective, there needs to be "buy in" at all levels of the organization concerned. To that end, the software has several secondary levels of functionality beyond management analysis. The product can be used as an image librarian or as an E Mail address book for example. We have also set out quite deliberately to avoid "wheel inventing". In many organization's there are likely to be planning documents in existence already that are used for quality management purposes. To that end, the program supports links to many third party applications like the Microsoft Office suite.

The Performance Organiser is the core element of our development approach which is to build the most comprehensive and cost effective, general purpose, and modular management planning software available. The first module, an HTML Generator, can be used to by none technical staff to build a complete quality driven web site in just two mouse clicks. We are actively developing subsidiary modules to support Materials Resource Planning (MRP), financial modeling (including Monte Carlo analysis) and internal quality review.
