Access the dialog below from the SP General Tools toolbar, by selecting Toolbars /SP Iterative Tools Bar.

Formatting Options
Using the Apply Formatting Options tool to use and save your own format settings. Select a cell and press this button many times to see the different format settings you selected.

Autoformat
This tool will find and format the following kinds of cells.

Format Date
Change the date formats easily using the Format Date tool . Click many times to see other types of date formats.

Format Number
Change the format of your numbers using the Format Number tool . Click many times to see other types of number formats.

Change Case
Use the Change Case to change the format case of any word, select a cell and click in this button (click many times to see different format cases).

.Change Horizontal Alignment
Change horizontal alignment of text in cells with this tool.

Change Vertical Alignment
Change vertical alignment of text in cells with this tool.

Format cell's Height
Change cell height with this tool.

Format Cell's Width
Just click on a cell as many (up to five) times as required.

Unhide/hide Columns
Use Unhide/hide Columns to unhide/hide columns with a simple click

Unhide/hide Rows
Use Unhide/hide Rows to unhide/hide rows with a simple click.

Clarify/Intensify Colors
Excel has only a limited number of colors. Using Clarify/Intensify Colors you will be able to simulate different tones of a color, clarifying or intensifying the background of a cell or range.
