AutoFormat for PivotTables adds to your Microsoft Excel a new toolbar with three buttons: Add Snapshot, Apply Snapshot, and Organize Snapshots Collection
How to add a new Pivot Table format to the collection:
Select any cell within a Microsoft Excel pivot table, and click the Add Snapshot button and AutoFormat for PivotTables saves the current format of your PivotTable to the Snapshots Collection.
How to apply format template to Pivot Table:
Select a snapshot you like and click the Apply Snapshot button.
How to manage your format collection:
Click the Organize Snapshots Collection button. |
